One of our industries finest leaders, John
Heffner (President of Creative Nail Design), has been selected as the City of
Hope 2007 Honoree. In past years, this honor was usually bestowed on leaders in
the hair care industry. But for the first time in many years, someone from the
nail industry has been selected and John has made it clear that he was accepting
on behalf of the "entire" nail industry!
To fulfill that promise, John has created a
wonderful and imaginative campaign called, "Nail
Community Cares". To make this a successful campaign, Eric
Schwartz (OPI), Vicki Peters (KUPA Inc.) and Doug Schoon (Creative Nail Design)
are spearheading an important fund-raiser, because they know that nail
professionals care deeply about helping people.
How can you help?
Here's the plan: we will be selling pink
high-shine buffers with the "Nail
Community Cares" slogan. They are absolutely beautiful and very
high quality for only $2.00 apiece, a fraction of their full value. All net
proceeds go to the City of Hope for breast cancer research, and that's why Doug,
Eric, and Vicki got involved. We know what the City of Hope does will actually
save lives!
The money raised will be used to pay for the
research necessary to end the scourge of breast cancer - Forever! The City of
Hope is one of the world's leading cancer research centers, so money donated to
this cause goes straight into important medical research.
On behalf of John, Eric, Vicki and Doug, they
thank you for your help. And if you can't help, but you see someone approach you
at a show carrying a bouquet of pink high- shine buffers, thank them for
caring... and buy as many buffers as you can afford. You'll be getting some very
high quality buffers at a sensational price and helping fund breast cancer
research at the same time. How cool is that?
These fabulous buffers are in stock and ready to
ship...
