$139.00 $129.00/nite -- 1-Bedroom Whirlpool Suite 878 Square Feet, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, full living room with Large TV and VHS player, fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom with additional TV, luxurious oversized whirlpool spa tub, separate shower, hairdryer, in-room washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

$195.00/nite -- 2-Bedroom Whirlpool Suite 1225 Square Feet, (bedroom 1) 1 King Bed, (bedroom 2) 1 Queen bed & 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, full living room with Large TV and VHS player, fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms each with additional TV, 2 bathrooms, one with luxurious oversized whirlpool spa tub and separate shower, hairdryers, in-room washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

· Individuals are responsible for their own room, tax and incidentals.
· Quoted rates will be offered, based on availability, 1 day before and 1 day after the above dates.
· Check in time is 4:00PM and Check out time is 10:00AM.
· Individual Changes or cancellations may be made up to 72 Hours prior to arrival without penalty.
· Room rates are per room, per night, and not based on number of people occupying the room.
· Please note we do not have rooms with 2 double beds. Our room types are as follows:
Studio (appx. 400 sq. ft.): 1 Queen Bed with kitchenette
1-Bedroom Suite (appx. 878 sq. ft.): 1 King Bed and 1 Full Sofa Sleeper and Full Kitchen
2-Bedroom Suite (appx.1225 sq.ft.): 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, Full Sofa Sleeper and Full kitchen
· An early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged for guests checking out before their scheduled departure, unless front desk is notified of adjusted departure date at the time of check in.
· Should you be shipping boxes prior to your visit, they must be addressed to the attention of the Rentals Department, and marked with your name and Company name. Due to limited storage space, there will be a storage fee of $7.00 to receive packages under 25 Lbs. and $15.00 to receive packages over 25 Lbs. An additional fee of $10.00 per day will be charged for any package left in storage after arrival date of guest.
