At Hair Books & More, every item that is shipped has been closely inspected and approved by our quality control department. All sales are final.
If item arrives damaged, we will exchange it for the same item only.
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving item.
Once item is received back in our office we will reship the replacement.
All products are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Postal rates quoted are approximates. Due to the size and weight of posters, banners and books, your shipping my increase slightly. USPS considers the packages containing posters and banners as Over Sized and may incur a surcharge. This charge will be added to your order if necessary.
