Shipping, Guarantee & Return Policy

At Hair Books & More, every item that is shipped has been closely inspected and approved by our quality control department. All sales are final.
If item arrives damaged, we will exchange it for the same item only.
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving item.
Once item is received back in our office we will reship the replacement.

How our ordering system works:

• Go to the Check Out page.

• Enter your shipping and payment information in the form provided, and then press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

• You will be presented with a preview copy of your final order. Examine it carefully to make sure everything is correct.

• Next, press the "Place Order" button. Your order will NOT be confirmed until you do this.

• Once you have pressed the "Place Order" button, a copy of your order will be sent to you by email.

When paying by CHECK:

• Fill out the on-line form. Select the "Pay by Mail" option, and submit your order.
  You will receive a copy of your envoice by email. Print out a copy of it.
  Attach your check to the copy, and mail it to us at the address found at the top of the envoice.

• If you choose to pay by check, your check must be received, deposited and cleared before your order is processed.
  For faster service, use your credit card with the PayPal option.

When paying by CREDIT CARD

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
  To pay with your credit card, choose Credit Card as your payment method.
  Enter all the required information. We use PayPal as our Credit Card processor exclusively. 

When paying by PayPal

• If you have a PayPal account, simply sign in when you get to that screen and authorize payment from your PayPal account. Don't forget to click Return to Merchant when you are through to complete your order.
