Hey there, does anyone do nails out of their home? I applied for a permit and I am currently getting my space together in my home office area. I am in the process of switching home insurances and they asked me if I conducted any business out of the home. When I said yes, they insisted I apply for commercial home insurance.
My question is, can I purchase a liability insurance separately for a nail tech if the commercial insurance is really high? I'm not worried about damage to my property, I'm more worried about someone falling, bumping their head, etc.
Does anyone have any advice on proper insurance coverage?
Thanks,
Beth
