Grit for gel polish soak-off buff
#1
When you buff gel polish to help with soak-off, what is your process? Do you really give the entire nail a good buffing like you would during prep (maybe a little heavier) or are you just swiping it to break the seal a little bit but not worrying about getting all the grooves and edges? Also, what are you using, a buffing block or a lower grit file?

I use a 180. As long as you are light handed, it should not cause any damage. Just be aware of how close you are to the nail.
