Scared of opening my nail salon because......

I'm scared that when I open my own shop I won't have enough employees for my clients. How did you all start? Any advice

I wish that was my problem! I don't have enough clients for me. Get the people in the door first, then worry about adding more employees. Best of luck!!

If you already have an idea of how many clients you expect divide take into account the service times and how many people you would need during your hours of operation to do those clients.
If you believe you will start out slow maybe start with 2 p/t employees and see if you need to add from there.

Employees need to be paid whether you have clients or not . . . do you currently have more clients than you handle by yourself?
