Rock Star Pedicures
#1
I have a client who likes to get Rock Star pedicures but has extremely dry feet. I'm wondering if I should briefly soak her and scrub her feet like I would in a traditional service? What do you do to smooth/exfoliate the feet after a rock star pedicure?

You can do everything in a full pedi, just do the gel/glitter first! There are some nail techs on here who do the full pedi, then the toes, but I prefer to do the toes, then whatever kind of pedicure the client wants.

Thanks Candice! I spoke with a few techs and some do it both ways, as you said. I always thought it was better to apply the gel/glitter dry so that the nail plate doesn't adhere any moisture prior to application. So I'll keep doing it the way I have been - sparkle first! ;-)
