No Apple product (Mac, iPhone or iPad) supports Flash player, however, they can still view QuickTime videos as well as YouTube videos. Not sure about Vimeo video.

The mobile devices do not have flash but the computers do. I rarely run into a problem on my iphone, ipad, or ipod (I know its a lot of gadgets lol) but you can usually find everything that is youtube based. Vimeo does show as well. Hope this helps:-)

For the iPad you can download the Photon app and it will play flash videos.

Apple does support Flash through it's Safari browser for iMac and MacBook computers, but does not support Flash for iPhone or iPad. For these devices it choose the open standard HTML5.

YouTube, Vimeo and several other video streaming services do support the iPhone. However, there can be a difference in streaming speed and quality. YouTube is a good choice if you want to simply make your video available to the widest range of people but one disadvantage (at least for us) is that you can't limit certain video's to a group of users (some video's we only want to share with our customers).

Personally, we found Video to be too slow to start and choppy when playing in some countries. There are better alternatives if you need more features than YouTube provides, but these have a monthly subscription fee.

The top four video's here use a service from http://www.vzaar.com that we are currently testing. http://irynagiblett.com/en/video-tutorials
