Regular client that does pretty well with shellac goes on vacation. She goes to one of those quicky salons and asks for shellac. They say they use shellac base and top coat and use a gel as color. After one week she comes back to me and what they used is holding up great. Some of it is on her cuticles and alittle on sides of nails. If I did that with what I use it would fall off imediately. Next week we soak off. Wish me luck.

I'm curious to see how well it comes off. I've wondered about sandwiching hard gel between sog.....

Cherd, please let us know how they soaked off and what condition they were in when she comes back.

Just another salon saying they use Shellac, when they clearly don't.
