I use those blue shop paper towells that a lot of girls on here use. You just cut them up. They work well for me.

I like Hands-Down, but they are kind of pricy.

Bounty paper towels cut into squares work great (lint free) and very cost effective. |

I use Hands Down, NSI nail wipes and when I feel motivated enough to sit and cut, I cut up my soft landings towels into wipe size (but that's only sometimes

I use Hands Down as well, but I agree, they leave lint
I wasn't loving the OPI Expert Touch ones either, I might try the shop towels though - I could totally cut those with my scrapbooking punches! Great idea!!!

Nothing is lint free.
Me too, cut own, I use blue shop towels to blot acrylic brush, Kirkland hand towels for other wipes (less lint than most) and brawny cut in strips for toe separators for most clients. I spend some time cutting every so often but I have exactly what I want.... and nice and cheap. http://wendynailart.tripod.com/ http://s254.photobucket.com/albums/hh114/wendynailart/ |

RE: nail wipes
IBD wipes are lint free. They're just insanely spendy. I buy 1/2" thin foam sheets from JoAnn's in the upholstery department. It's the exact same stuff but much cheaper. I cut it into squares as I need them. 100% lint free!

RE: nail wipes
The IBD ones are white and I think a tiny bit less than 1/2" thick. The foam I get at JoAnn's is a light green and exactly the same material. Last time I bought some it was $9.99 a yard. The IBD wipes are 80 count for about $4 each. To make storage easier I cut the yard into several pieces and put them in a plastic storage box. Then I just cut as many as I'll need for a day or two. To compare costs, a yard, cut into 1"squares equals 162 boxes of IBD wipes! No contest!
Sorry I can't do a pic for you...no camera! |

Yep, that's the stuff! I just buy a yard or so from JoAnn's when I'm in town. I'd bet that you can find it at any fabric/craft store.
Someone asked how it holds up to polish remover. It works great! |
