Older vs. Younger Clients
#1
Hi techs!
I'm working on a story for Nailpro about how to work with younger clients (such as those in their 20s) vs. older clients (i.e., the elderly). How do you accommodate older clients--helping them up from the chair, camouflaging ridges in the nails that arrive with age, etc.? And what do your younger clients expect from you as a tech? Any stories of how you service clients of different ages is welcome! Please email me with your thoughts by Sunday, January 22, at [email protected] Don't forget to include your full name, salon name, city and state so I can quote you! Thanks!
