Pedicures for men
#1
What do you do different in your pedicures for men compared to women pedicures?

Nothing different except for polish. If they want polish I use Essie's polish for Men(forgot the name).
I wouldn't use any floral scented products on them either.

^^ You're thinking of "Man E Cure" by Essie. Its a matte drying base coat (like a ridge filler).

Nothing different; polish is not included, regardless of gender.

I don't do anything different either except for no polish unless they want it.

But I do have another question to add to this line of thought.....what are ya'll calling your pedis to market them to men? I do have a lot of male clients but getting some men into the salon for pedicures is almost impossible because they here the word pedicure and say something like "that is something my WIFE does but not me....I'm a man and men don't get PEDICURES!!!" LOL It's like some men think it's going to make them a woman by getting their feet taken care of. So, I was looking for something else to call the pedicures for men. Something catchy.

Polish isnt included in any pedicuring procedure? You charge an additional fee to polish?

Wow! Not to be disrespectful...but why?? Thats odd. Do u do alot of elderly ppl or runners that just generally want the nails/cuticles and calluses done?

And i wld love to see a name for mens pedicures. Maybe 'a gentlemens foot treatment'.....or something like that. But lets put our heads together and see what we can come up with!!Wink
