Having trouble signing in?

Some people are having trouble signing in with their old user name and password in the new forum.

Requesting a password reset is a 2 step process. READ the info below, then click here: Trouble Signing in?

Step 1 - request an authorization code for a new password.
Step 2 - a randomly generated password will come in your email.

Enter the email address you registered with here in the forums, click submit. The notice will now say: You did not enter a valid email address.

An email is being sent to reset your password.

If your email address was not on record, please use the contact link and let us know so we can help you.

Check your email for the password reset notice. Click the link in that mail.
The code in the FIRST STEP EMAIL mail is NOT the reset password, but it is an authorization code to actually request the new password.

Check your email for your new randomly generated password. Now log in with your user name for the forums and the password you just received.

Once logged in, head directly to your User Control panel and change the password to something you will remember.
