Im based in NY snd im interested in training to become a salon Inspector. Can anyone guide me as to where to begin looking for information?

You must take the license investigator exam given by Nys civil service. Check their website, cs.ny.gov and keep an eye out for this job announcement...that's the only way you'll get employment as a salon inspector in nys. Beware though, these inspectors also investigate real estate complaints, security guards, notaries, and about 20 other professions.
