love these! good job Smile

Hi, I really love your work! Which brand of acrylic products do you use? Also is that beige or cover pink that you used to make the nail bed longer?
Thank you! I use harmony and young nails. I use cover pinks. I have a few different ones, some warm, beige, shimmery, different opacities.
Love your work, Jesse! I noticed the cuts in the forms. Does that help with deep sidewalls?

Thank you! It's funny, these nails are from just a few months ago, but I see so many mistakes Wink Oh well, we're always improving, right LOL. About cutting the forms, it helps you bend the form more narrow to get a good c curve. When you try to curve the form too much without tailoring it often you get gaps, like this

and you see how it bends the form and makes a crease,

so what you do is cut the form right at the sidewall point in to the shape of cat ears

now you get a tight narrow fit, parallel sidewalls and no gaps Shy

Thanks for posting!!". Can you go a step further with these angles & close ups applying the GEL? Especially like picture # 4 - that is similar to a design I do & am having trouble with gel thickness-- THANKS for always stepping up to help!!!!
Thank you!! That makes great sense. I have a client with extremely deep sidewalls and I always struggle with forms on her. Thanks for the pics, too!

You're welcome! I'm actually on vacation now, so it may be a while, but I'll try to help soon. In the meantime, check out this video. It has great filing techniques too. And the close ups you're looking for are at about 5 minutes in Shy
