My chair sits really really low and is not working for pedicures. I don't have much space in my room therefore cannot get anything big . Any ideas? Guess I'll be putting this chair on Craigslist since i threw away the box and live 2 1/2 hours from the store. Sad thank you!!
Can you elevate it?
Would have to build a box, but think it would look cheap Idk Sad
I actually purchased a platform from Ikea for that very purpose, to elevate my chair for pedicures, and don't use it for anything. If you were close to me I'd sell it to you for a super reasonable price. It might be too costly to ship as it is heavy. But if you want to see photos of it, I'm happy to send them to you.

I use the same chair in my set up and if you do it right it doesn't have to look cheap! My platform is higher and with a step, but you could do something that's not as tall that might help you. One tip if you do elevate it, my chairs are bolted to the platform so they don't tip when people are climbing on and off. Smile

I didn't know they sell a platform!! Hmmm... I am in Texas, where are you Chrissie?
Christy I see you are in md. I saw it after I posted lol! I will look on IKEA s site to see the platform .Thank you!

Candice, I don't think I have enough space ..I called ikea today and they said I could return it assembled to the store . I will try to look on your website of your set up. Thank you!
I actually found it in the clearance section of the store. It's not a high platform, but it is just the right height. I'll snap a shot and send it to you over the weekend so you can see what I'm talking about. Send me an email to [email protected]
