Looking for some good forms, that are not over priced and don't "pop" after you get them on.

I recently started using these:

They don't pop open and they fit everyone. They might send you a sample if you call them.
A few years ago I designed forms that have a tab on the bottom so that you can close the form after you get it on the nail. They are sold by Akzentz Smile

Good quality, not so sticky that you are peeling off goo, and the paper isn't so thin that it rips and tears
