I have a ProMed ProTouch 1000 that I just pulled out of the basement. I plug it in & nothing. I thought I'd ask for help if there's any way to get it fixed before I throw it away. I'm not in a salon right now so I don't want to spend much money. Just a little practicing right now. It was made in Germany & that's all I know about it. Thanks for any help.
I think you should google search the brand website, contact them to see they have technical support. I have Kupa drill , anything wrong with it I just send it to Kupa company.
If you cannot find the original manufacturer, I think that at Kupa, they often work on all sorts of brands of efiles. I would call them and talk with them before tossing it.
HTH.
Contact Bruce Atwood at Atwood industries. I know he works on all brands too. Www://atwoodindustries.net

Isn't the ProMed a Medicool efile?
