My mind was still on a tropical summer setting with this art.

I first used a #1 art brush and craft paint by apple barrel to blend the back ground to create the ocean and skyline shading. I then used the same brush to define a coastline in the distance.  I then used a #001 brush to add clouds in the sky and floral and palms  in the for ground.

I then constructed flowers out of colored acrylic, petal by petal and placed them so as not to hang off the edge of the nail for added depth.
