To create these sculpted nails, I used a liquid and powder acrylic system and a custom acrylic brush.
We started by washing our hands with soap and water. We then used a hand sanitizer. The natural nails were filed down, and then I removed the shine from nail beds with a 180 grit Zebra file.
I applied the forms, primed nails one time and then applied product; white at the free edge, pink on nail bed and clear at arch. I pinched the c- curve as each nail was curing.
I removed forms and filed and shaped the nails with a 180 grit zebra file and then used a 180 foam board. I then graduated to a 240 grit foam board wet and then used a 3-way buffer to shine. I then applied oil and washed hands.
Took "presentation" & "barrel" photos and then applied 2 coats of cream red polish and continued with "close-up" photos.
