	Please read ALL the rules carefully HERE
	The entry form MUST be electronically submitted.
	A separate entry form must be completed for each entry, each category. However, if you enter more than once, you may make 1 PayPal payment or write one check to include all your entries.
	All  entries will be considered final when all materials have been received by BeautyTech (entry form, images, headshot, and essays). You will be notified if your entry was not one of the 1st 60 in the category you have entered in.
	Incomplete or inaccurate entries will not be judged.
	Scans, signed entry form and entry fees must be received by September 30th, 2003 MIDNIGHT EST NO EXCEPTIONS.

JPEG image files of entry as required in rules. Sample Scans HERE
JPEG file of yourself (head & shoulders only)
Step-by-Step instructions -include ALL information as stated in rules. 
Postal mail check or Money Order made payable to WWWeb Services for $15.00 (for each entry, multiple entries may be submitted with one check or PayPal payment)
