1. paint sky for background on all four nails with powder blue and white
2. paint flagpole with yellow using white and country tan for accents
3. paint flag across nails with night sky, bright red, and white 
4. paint eagle using a mixture of black and country tan for the base 
then and feathers with mixture of antique white and country tan. Use a 
mixture of yellow and country tan for beak and accent with white and 
tan. Paint eye with turquoise and black.
