The Polish is NOT streaked, it is a reflection - I took many pictures then 
even took the polish off and re-applied hoping it would somehow change how it 
was showing up. The polish is very shiney and smooth. 

All monomer and powders and products used below are EZ-Flow - All items will 
be from EZ Flow unless noted otherwise 

Used "Grand Artist Oval # 508" brush. 

Pushed back the cuticles and removed pterigum with "Pro Pusher"
lightly etched the nail plate with 100 grit "White tiger"
Dusted the nail plate with a clean sanitizable nail brush
applied 2 coats of "EZ Bond"
applied 2 coats of primer
let dry inbetween and after
applied the oval nail forms
applied "Competition White" powder with "Q Monomer" to form the nail free edge
Applied two small balls of that same white to the corners to lengthen the 
smile line
Applied a medium size ball of "Competition Pink" to the cuticle area - 
smoothed it out
Applied another medium ball of same pink to the stress point and smoothed 
that out.
did this on all 10 nails then filed
starting with the 100 grit "White Tiger"
I files the free-edge then the sidewalls and sidegrooves on all 10 nails then 
refined my entire nail lightly with same file
went over everything again with the 150 grit "Grey Wolf"
went over everything again with the 180 grit "Grey Fox"
Buffed all nails with the "Sand Shark" buffer
then buffed all with the 3 way buffer "Killer Whale" I then added "Miracle 
Shine" to the buffer and buffed on the grey side again.
Then I dusted and applied 2 coats of OPI's "CHICK FLICK CHERRY"
